The leafy city of Almaty, with a backdrop of the snowcapped Zailiysky Alatau, has always been among the more appealing Russian creations in Central Asia. Today Almaty's new rich have expensive suburban apartments, large SUVs, glitzy shopping malls, Western-style coffee lounges, expensive restaurants, dance-till-dawn nightclubs and new ski resorts to help them enjoy life to the full. Meanwhile, others from the city's outer districts and the countryside squeeze into packed buses and rickety marshrutkas around the Green Market (Zelyony Bazar) or Sayakhat bus station.

Almaty is Kazakhstan’s main transport hub and a place many travellers pass through. Stay a few days and you’ll find that it is a sophisticated place – one for enjoying green parks and excellent museums, shops and markets, and for eating, drinking and partying in Central Asia’s best selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. And great mountain hiking and skiing are right on the doorstep.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

DAY 1 : WELCOME - ALMATY

15:50 : Arrival in Almaty International Airport. Meeting at the Airport with guide.
16:20 : Transfer Airport-Hotel by bus
17:00 : Check-in to the Hotel.
18:00 : Dinner at the Indian restaurant.
20:00 : Return to the hotel. Overnight in Hotel.

DAY 2 : ALMATY CITY TOUR

08:00 : Breakfast in the hotel.
10:00 : Transfer for city tour.
The tour starts with sightseeing in the central part of Almaty. You will know more about history and development of the southern capital of Kazakhstan and see its major attractions: Palace of President,
Republic Square and Monument of Independence, and Astana Square, Abai Square and Palace of Republic.
Then the tour will continue in one of the oldest Almaty park – Panfilov Park, where you will see one of the unique wooden building in the world – Zenkov Cathedral and visit the Memorial of Glory and Eternal
Flame, dedicated to the memory of the fighters who died for freedom and independence of the country.
13:30 : Lunch at the Indian restaurant.
15:00 : Transfer for Kok-tobe Amusement park.
Kok - Tobe hill where the tallest TV tower in the world is located (if to count from the sea level) and where you will get by the picturesque winding mountain road. You can stroll along the magnificent panorama of the city from the special observation deck and visit the shop to "The Beatles" (the only one in CIS countries), visit the shop of national souvenirs and many other interesting things.
18.00 : Dinner at the restaurant
20:00 : Return to the hotel. Overnight in Hotel

DAY 3 : ALMATY - BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN SURROUNDING GUIDED TOUR

10:00 : Transfer for Beautiful Mountain Surrounding Guided tour.
This tour provides you the best opportunity to see the beautiful mountain surroundings of Almaty city. The first stop of the tour awaits you in the Medeo Gorge, where in the wonderful mountains of Trans-Ili
Alatau the largest high mountain skating rink in the world is located as well as the huge dam, protecting the city from destructive mudflows formed on the tops of the western Tien Shan. Next destination is
Chimbulak ski resort, located at an altitude of 2230 meters above sea level. It is very popular for its mild climate, large quantity of sunny days and snow through the winter and remarkable scenery of mountain ranges. Chimbulak has its own special atmosphere. Here you can see the skiers who like ironed track as well as the snowboarders who prefer extreme downhills with breath taking jumps and turns. On sunny
days Chimbulak gathers together thousands of visitors. 

14:00 : Lunch at the Indian restaurant.
16:00 : Transfer to Hotel. Free time on own.
19:00 : Gala Dinner at the restaurant with Belly Dance
20:30 : Return to the hotel. Overnight in hotel

DAY 4 : ALMATY - CITY TOUR

08:00 : Breakfast in the hotel.
10:00 : Park Gorkii Central Park of Culture and Leisure is in Medeu district of Almaty. It was founded in 1856 and is spread in 100 Hectares of land. The park was a place for walking and officers of the garrison
Verny. In 1934 the park was renovated, in-depth on the banks of the pond were placed recreation of the working people of Almaty, equipped with attractions. Today it offers attractions of rides for children,
Aqua park, Lake with boating, Dino-Park and its latest addition Dolphinarium. (Not included in tour)
13:00 : Lunch at the Indian restaurant
14:00 : Shopping Tour
Our tour will be in Green Bazaar, where it is impossible to refrain from shopping. It is the great chance to experience an atmosphere of the real Central Asian market, its colours, smells and crowds. There you can obtain famous Asian sweets, but don't forget to bargain...
18:30 : Dinner at the Indian restaurant
20:00 : Return to the hotel

DAY 5 : DEPARTURE

05.00 : Check-out from Hotel and transfer to the Airport.
