Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day : 01 - Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok

Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – He will be assisting for the transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India - It is one of the most beautiful town with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies - Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hour’s drive – Check into hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day : 02 - Gangtok Local Sight Seeing (Full Day)

Morning breakfast - After breakfast drive for the city tour of Gangtok – Sightseeing will be for half day hence the drive will be easy and comfortable – It is not possible to cover all the spot in single day hence we make the program with points covering minimum distance traveled - Visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery,White Hall, Flower Show, Rumtek Monastery – The monastery where Nobel Laurete Dalai Lama took shelter while escaping from China, Botanical Garden Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point, Banjhakri Falls, one of the finest falls close to Gangtok, etc – Back to hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center There are few discotheques in Gangtok to spend time - Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day : 03 - Departur e– Gangtok to Siliguri – Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) /

Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction)

Morning breakfast - After breakfast transfer to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) - Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hour’s drive – Guest are advised to start early and not to rush - Forwarding Journey.

Pick up and drop from NJP/Bagdogra.
Accommodation on twin Sharing Basis.
Meal Plan: CP(Room + Breakfast)
Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis)

Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, portrage.
Anything which is not mentioned under “INCLUDES” header.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL
18% GST is applicable on total billing

Terms and Conditions

Every tourist should send a Xerox copy of their voter’s identity card or passport and three passport size photographs at least ten days before the tour starts.
Tourists should carry their id cards at all times during the tour.
Booking to be confirmed before 15 days with payment.
Company does not have any liability if the tour is cancelled or itinerary changed during the tour due to any unpredictable event.
Company does not cover insurance in case of any accidents or loss of belongings, etc.
Do not carry Indian Rs. 500 or Rs 1000 currency notes.
Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit.
Permit also require for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.
The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category.
The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis, valid for Indian nationals & High seasons surcharge will be applicable from 20TH Dec – 04TH Jan
Airfare, Taxes and Hotel Rate can be change any time without prior notice.
In case cancellation of ticket Validation charges as per rule shall be applicable.
We require a booking along with an order from duly signed by you to proceed further to your reservation procedure. Any balance payment at the time of handing over the documents to you will be settled in case only.
If there will be a surcharge from the hotel will be applicable.
An early or late arrival/departure transfer will be subject to surcharge.
Early check in / late checkout is subject to extra charges & availability of rooms at the hotel.
The above rate does not include supplement for any exhibition / festival period.
Kindly check the hotel rating and other on recitative websites and we stand no guarantee to the same.
Double or twin sharing rooms are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Hotel.
Hotel Check in and check out time is generally 12 noon. Early check in / late checkout are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Hotel.
The client to verify the time from the hotel as regards meal timing and strictly adhere to it. Meals menu is fixed as per the hotel discretion

PAYMENT POLICY

After booking 100% payment if travel within 20 days.
If travel date 1 month after booking so 50% payment at booking time and remaining amount within 15 days .
If you will not paid before 15 days so your booking will be cancelled.
If travel date 2 or 3 month after booking so 30% payment at booking time and remaining amount you paid 50% within 20 days and remaining 20% amount you paid before 15 days of travel date.
If you will not paid before 15 days so your booking will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your Holiday, amounts as per the following slabs shall be forfeited by S G Travel Agency
0-15 Days from date of departure 100% of tour cost.
16-30 Days from date of departure 50% of tour cost.
31-90 Days from date of departure booking amount.
The amount paid as per the before-mentioned timelines shall be non-refundable.
